Lady Gaga at the 2009 American Music Awards

Lady Gaga made an amazing performance, starting off with her hit "Bad Romance" and then surging into "Speechless." Through the performance, she did her share of dancing, broke a glass box which held a piano inside, and continued singing while consistently smashing glass bottles against the piano. And to top it all off, she wore a nude-colored body suit complete with white piping that seemed to imitate her ribs set with internal lights. She didn't fail to surprise us, yet again.

How about blogging about what I wear??

This is what I wore out to a nice dinner. I like trying new things and the pencil skirt is one of them. I am not the thinnest girl by any means, so trying a skirt that is quite fitted on my booty was a daring move for me. I paired it with a blouse that has the trendy checkered pattern on it with ruffles starting from the neck and going to the waist. I paired it with a black shrug, black peep-toed shoes, and a rugged belt with a nice interlocking pattern. Maybe this skirt does not look the best on me, but what about the idea of the pieces together?

What Not to Wear (Stacy & Clinton)

I am a very avid What Not to Wear watcher and decided I should spread the word on why I adore it sooo much.

Firstly, the show is obviously a style-makeover show for people in desperate need of a wardrobe change. But secondly, Stacy London and Clinton Kelly stress that people should dress the way reflects their inner self as well as dressing for the part you play in life, especially at work. In every single episode I've seen, the victim realizes that they look better, feel better about themselves, and even stand up straighter. How about that?!

Odd Dream

So my dream last night was a little odd. In the dream, I was coming out of church with my family and went to look for my car, a 1994 white gulf. I thought I had seen it, but then thought it was a different car because it looked smaller than normal. After searching the entire parking lot, I realized that the car I'd seen was mine. I got closer and saw that the front half of it was cut off. (wtf?) So some friends and I went to go look for it and started with the yards of the houses across the street from the church. We found it roaming around (like a wild animal that you're trying to catch) in a backyard and tried to corner it. At this point I woke up.

The previous dream during the same night..
I vaguely remember driving through a parking lot by a bunch of closed stores. I came upon a fast food restaurant alot like McDonald's. Though the restaurant building was there, all the employees were preparing the food behind long counters right out front so everyone could see. I went up to the counter to order a sandwich, but there were about 20 people already crowded around it. Nothing else I can remember.

I have a girl
crush on
Scarlett
Johansson...

Dream Blogger

So I tend to have very detailed and realistic dreams, two of which occurred in the same night.

The first went a little something like this...

Due to the economic recession, all the businesses were closing and people were going crazy. It was alot like the movie "28 Days Later" where people catch a virus and become, well, crazy. Whenever someone lost their job, home, or anything of importance, they became insane and instinctively wanted to eat everything in sight. The zoos closed because no one was there to run them, so all the animals were running wild and had the same sort of disease as the humans. For the humans not inflicted by the plague to stay safe, they had to stay in their homes with doors locked, windows closed, etc. When they had to get out of the house to get food, it was only by night with great caution. When I knew the plagued were getting close to my family's house, we knew (somehow) it'd be safe to be on the roof. So we'd go through the attic and through another latch door to the roof. We'd hide up there while the plagued would try to knaw the door down. Quite a scary thing to dream about. I then woke up.

Second one... One morning, I woke up in my small 2-bedroom house to find their was  a door I had never seen before in the back of the house. I opened it to find 4 more rooms which weren't there before, one of which was a much larger bedroom. I was very excited and wanted to move all furniture into the new room. Eventually, I found odds and ends from previous residents who lived in the house (like beer in the fridge from a previous drunkie.) I then walked out to the main living room to see my whole family there. I was ecstatic because I had only walked out there with a bath towel wrapped around me and my boyfriend hadn't told me they were coming. The End.

So I am new to the whole blogging scene. I must say that I am excited to have an output for my creative findings and the daily events that partake in my life.

I love fashion design! The use of color in material things and in nature are fascinating to me and I love sharing it with the rest of the world! Before I would post a link on  facebook, now I have an entire website devoted to my wonderland!
